SECTION 20.227. Contents of Special Session Report

A special session report shall include the following information:
(1) the candidate's name; (2) the candidate's address; (3) the office sought by the candidate; (4) the date each contribution was accepted; (5) the full name of each person making a contribution; (6) the address of each person making a contribution; (7) the amount of each contribution accepted during the period; (8) a description of any in-kind contribution accepted during the period; and (9) an affidavit, executed by the candidate, stating: "I swear, or affirm, that the accompanying report is true and correct and includes all information required to be reported by me under Title 15, Election Code."
