SECTION 163.159. Duties of the Arbitrator

The arbitrator shall:
(1) secure appropriate facilities for the hearing, giving preference to using state facilities; (2) protect the interests of DADS and the facility; (3) ensure that all relevant evidence has been disclosed to the arbitrator, DADS, and facility; and (4) render an order consistent with applicable state and federal law, including the Code and this chapter.
