SECTION 156.225. Control of Proceedings

The arbitrator shall exercise reasonable control over the proceedings, including but not limited to the manner and order of interrogating witnesses and presenting evidence so as to:
(1) make the interrogation and presentation effective for the determination of the truth; (2) avoid needless consumption of time; and (3) protect witnesses from harassment or undue embarrassment. Source Note: The provisions of this §156.225 adopted to be effective June 17, 2015, 40 TexReg 3627
