SECTION 123.34. Xeriscaping

The Commission shall consult with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Turfgrass Association, and the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association to develop design guidelines for the required use of xeriscape on state property associated with construction of a new state building.
