The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Capitol Complex--Has the meaning prescribed in §411.061(a)(10), Texas Government Code. (2) Commission--The Texas Facilities Commission as defined in §2165.0011, Texas Government Code. (3) Division--The Commission's internal division that is primarily responsible for comprehensive planning, use or development of State Property. (4) State Property--All public buildings, grounds, and property on the Commission's inventory within the charge and control of the Commission. (5) Project--A building construction project of the state that is financed wholly or partly by a specific appropriation, a bond issue, or federal money. The term includes the construction of a building, structure, or appurtenant facility or utility, including the acquisition and installation of original equipment and original furnishings. (6) Proposal--A building construction project of the state that is financed wholly or partly by a public-private partnership. The term includes the construction of a building, structure, or appurtenant facility or utility, including the acquisition and installation of original equipment and original furnishings.
