SECTION 115.1. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Commission--The Texas Facilities Commission.
(2) State agency or agency--A board, a commission, or agency established by the Texas Legislature.
