The Board may withdraw approval for a branch campus whenever the Board
(1) approves the establishment of a community college district which includes the site of the branch campus (Such local effort shall be reviewed by the Board according to the criteria as set forth in Subchapter B of this title (relating to the Creation of a Public Community College District) as to the feasibility of establishing a separate community college district), (2) approves the merger of the out-of-district area which includes the site of the branch campus with the parent district, or (3) determines that the community college district has failed to maintain the standards and criteria of Board rules and regulations at the branch campus.
