(a) This subchapter describes the Board's criteria and process for awarding grants under the Texas Hospital-Based Nursing Education Partnership Grant Program. This program is designed to establish and/or expand innovative nursing degree programs to increase the number of students enrolled in and graduating from such programs. (b) These sections relate to Texas Education Code, Chapter 61, Subchapter EE, §§61.9751 - 61.9759, which authorize the Board to establish rules for providing funding to eligible hospitals in partnership with one or more nursing schools under the Texas Hospital-Based Nursing Education Partnership Grant Program.
