SECTION 5.95. Award of Credit

(a) An approved Texas Governor's School may offer college credit courses as part of its program according to guidelines established by the Commissioner and set forth in a Request for Proposals or other competitive process soliciting proposals for Texas Governor's Schools. (b) An approved Texas Governor's School may not award high school credit. (c) The home high school of a participating student in an approved Texas Governor's School may award high school credit to a student who successfully completes a Texas Governor's School course only through compliance with §74.26(a)(2) of this title (relating to Award of Credit).
