(a) A certificate is deemed approved when the institution successfully files the notification containing all information required by this subchapter, in accordance with the Notification Only process in subchapter A, §2.4(a)(1) of this chapter (relating to Types of Approval Required). If Board Staff determines that an institution fails to provide the information required by this section, Board Staff may reject the submission and pend approval until the information is complete. (b) Board Staff will add the new certificate program to the institution's official Program Inventory. The Program Inventory contains the list of degrees and certificates approved by the Board under Tex. Educ. Code §61.0512.
