SECTION 23.192. Repayment of Education Loans

Latest version.

Eligible education loans of eligible professional nurses shall be repaid under the following conditions:
(1) repayment shall be made following completion of each service period and verification of employment and loan information; and
(2) the annual repayment shall be disbursed directly to the lender(s) or holder(s).
