SECTION 230.115. Requests for Evaluation of College Credentials

(a) A request to evaluate an applicant's credentials for areas of certification that are not identified on the certificate issued in accordance with §230.111 of this title (relating to General Provisions) must be directed to an approved Texas educator preparation program (EPP). The appropriate Texas certificate will be issued upon recommendation by the EPP. (b) An individual who does not hold a certificate issued in accordance with §230.111 of this title must have his or her credentials evaluated through an approved Texas EPP and be recommended by the EPP for certification.
