(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, Chapter 61, §61.505. (b) Purposes. The Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee is created to provide the Board with advice and recommendation(s) regarding the Family Practice Residency Program.
