SECTION 100.1026. Management of Charter Campus(es) Following Revocation, Surrender, or Expiration

Upon revocation, surrender, or expiration of a charter, the commissioner of education or the commissioner's designee may:
(1) assign one or more campuses to a consenting charter holder that meets the minimum qualifications for a campus expansion amendment approval as designated in §100.1033(b)(1)-(9) of this title (relating to Charter Amendment); or (2) provide for the management of the day-to-day operations of the campus(es) until alternative arrangements have been made.
