SECTION 401.404. Priority of ADA Compliance by Lottery Licensees

An applicant/lottery retailer will take readily achievable measures to comply with the barrier removal requirements of this subchapter in accordance with the following order of priorities.
(1) First, an applicant/lottery retailer will take measures to provide access to a lottery licensed facility from public sidewalks, parking, or public transportation. These measures include, for example, installing an entrance ramp, widening entrances, and providing accessible parking spaces. (2) Second, an applicant/lottery retailer will take measures to provide access to those areas of a lottery licensed facility where lottery goods and services are made available to the public. (3) Third, an applicant/lottery retailer will take any other reasonable measures necessary to provide access to lottery goods and services.
