SECTION 33.93. Notification Requirements

(a) A person who holds a license, permit or certificate issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission shall maintain a current mailing address, telephone number and email address on file with the division that has issued the license, permit or certificate. (b) A person who holds a license, permit, or certificate issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission shall file a written notice of change of mailing address with the Commission within seven (7) business days of the change. A person who holds a certificate issued by the Commission shall file the change of address with the Seller/Server Training Division at TABC, P.O. Box 13127, Austin, Texas 78711. (c) A notice sent to a person by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission shall be sent by first class mail to the last known mailing address of a person that is on file with the commission. (1) A person notified by mail under this subsection is presumed notified on the third day after the date on which the notice is mailed.
