SECTION 33.104. Contents of Emergency Order

An emergency order issued under this subchapter shall contain at least the following:
(1) the name and address of the license or permit holder and information sufficient to identify the premises affected by the order; (2) a brief statement of fact supporting the issuance of the order; (3) a determination that the continued operation of a permitted or licensed business would constitute a continuing threat to the public welfare; and (4) a statement of the term of the order, including the date on which it begins and ends.
