SECTION 313.165. Sex Allowance

Except in a race for which the conditions expressly state otherwise, a thoroughbred or Arabian filly may claim the following allowances:
(1) a filly that is two years old is allowed three pounds; (2) a filly that is three years of age or older is allowed: (A) five pounds, beginning January 1 and ending August 31; and (B) three pounds beginning September 1 and ending December 31.
