SECTION 311.210. Conduct

(a) A person shall behave in an orderly manner while on association grounds. (b) A person may not use offensive, obscene, or threatening language or gestures while on association grounds. (c) A person shall use reasonable diligence and precaution to prevent fires in the stable or kennel area. A person may not smoke in a stall, near a greyhound crate, in a feed room or hay storage area, or in a shed row. A person may not leave an unattended electrical appliance plugged into an outlet in the stable or kennel area. A person may not leave an electrical outlet or electrical cord within the reach of a race animal. A person may not lock a stall that is occupied by a horse. A person may not possess, keep, or maintain, in the stable or kennel area: (1) an open fire or an oil or gas lamp outside of areas designated by the association; or (2) a flammable material, such as cleaning fluid or solvent. (d) A person may not enter, attempt to enter, or assist or attempt to assist another person in entering the stable or kennel area except through the designated entrances and on showing a valid license badge or visitor's pass. (e) A person may not interfere with, attempt to interfere with, or conspire with another to interfere with any decision-making process of the stewards or racing judges including, but not limited to, formal and informal disciplinary hearings.
