SECTION 309.163. Fingerprinting

Latest version.

(a) Upon request, an association shall provide an employee on its security staff to take fingerprints for applicants for occupational licenses.
(b) The association shall ensure that the designated employee is properly trained and is capable of taking fingerprints of a quality required by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
