SECTION 303.81. Texas-bred Incentive Programs

(a) The executive secretary shall administer the Texas-bred incentive programs established by the Act in a manner consistent with the purposes of the Act. (b) Each official state breed registry designated in the Act shall develop a program, which is subject to the approval of the executive secretary, for distributing the funds available to the registry for incentive awards. The executive secretary shall develop a system of communication with and reporting by the various state breed registries to ensure that the appropriate incentive awards are distributed in a timely fashion to the person who are entitled to receive the awards. (c) The executive secretary shall use state-of-the-art informations systems to administer the programs.
