SECTION 303.63. Comptroller Rules

If the comptroller adopts rules for the enforcement of the comptroller's powers and duties under the Act, a licensee's failure to comply with a rule of the comptroller is considered a violation of a rule of the commission and is grounds for disciplinary action by the commission.
