SECTION 12.354. Hydrologic Balance: Postmining Rehabilitation of Sedimentation Ponds, Diversions, Impoundments, and Treatment Facilities

Before abandoning the permit area, the person who conducts the surface mining activities shall renovate all permanent sedimentation ponds, diversions, impoundments, and treatment facilities to meet criteria specified in the detailed design plans for the permanent structures and impoundments.
