SECTION 12.209. Right To File Written Objections

(a) Any person whose interests are or may be adversely affected or an officer or head of any federal, state, or local government agency or authority shall have the right to file written objections to an initial or revised application for a permit with the Commission, within 30 days after the last publication of the newspaper notice required by §12.207(a) of this title (relating to Public Notices of Filing of Permit Applications). (b) The Commission shall, immediately upon receipt of any written objections: (1) transmit a copy of them to the applicant; and (2) file a copy for public inspection at the public office where the applicant filed a copy of the application for permit under §12.207(d) of this title.
