SECTION 12.163. Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication

Latest version.

A copy of the newspaper advertisement of the application and proof of publication of the advertisement shall be filed with the Commission and made a part of the complete application not later than 4 weeks after the last date of publication required under §12.207 of this title (relating to Public Notices of filing of Permit Applications).
