SECTION 11.194. Release from Reporting Requirement

Surface mining operations conducted at any individual mine shall be reported in the annual report until such time as the mine is closed pursuant to the provisions of §§11.181-11.182 of this title (relating to Surface Mine Closing, and Surface Mine Release).
