SECTION 181.5. Eligible Projects

(a) Chapter 504 City Projects. The projects of an applicant created pursuant to the Act, Chapter 504 must meet the definition of "Project" as that term is defined by the Act, §501.101, subject to the limitations imposed by the Act, §501.101(2)(A).
(b) Chapter 505 City Projects. An applicant created pursuant to the Act, Chapter 505 must meet the definition of "Project" as that term is defined by the Act, §505.151.
