SECTION 884.31. Notice to the Public of Complaint Process

(a) Licensees shall provide notice to the public (e.g., patients, clients) that complaints can be filed with the Council by any of the following methods: (1) on a registration form, application, written contract for services, or other intake paperwork required by licensees prior to delivering services; (2) on a sign prominently displayed in the licensee's place of business or location where services are delivered. The sign must be printed on paper of no less than 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches in size; (3) in a prominent and easily accessible location on the licensee's website; or (4) in a bill for services.
