SECTION 334.486. Denial of Application for Registration or Renewal

The agency may deny an application for registration or an application for renewal of registration of a facility under this subchapter for the following reasons:
(1) if the applicant fails to meet any of the requirements set forth in §334.484 of this title (relating to Registration Required for Petroleum-Substance Waste Storage or Treatment Facilities); (2) if the applicant fails to comply with any rule or order of the commission; (3) if the applicant submits false information on or omits material information from the application or any other documentation required to be maintained or submitted under this chapter; or under Chapter 37, Subchapter K, of this title (relating to Financial Assurance Requirements for Class A or B Petroleum-Substance Contaminated Soil Storage, Treatment, and Reuse Facilities); or (4) for any good cause which in the opinion of the executive director constitutes grounds for denial of the application for registration.
