SECTION 334.483. Disposal by Generator

A generator of petroleum-substance waste may not finally dispose of petroleum-substance waste at a site or facility unless the site or facility is authorized to receive such wastes pursuant to one of the following:
(1) permit issued by the commission pursuant to Chapter 335 of this title (relating to Industrial Solid Waste and Municipal Hazardous Waste) or Chapter 330 of this title (relating to Municipal Solid Waste Management); (2) authorization issued jointly by the Texas Railroad Commission and the commission for a facility currently permitted by the Railroad Commission; or (3) §334.501 of this title (relating to Reuse of Petroleum-Substance Waste).
